Something that people are not educated is about your body sensor. What is this sensor? When you feel hungry(first sensor) you eat. When you feel thirsty(second sensor) you drink water. Or else, eating too much or drinking so much is not good for your body. And, big no no to SALT. When there is nothing salty coming from nature as a source of foods, it means salt is not for our body. Sweet, there are many sweet foods which are great source of energy which our body needed. Thanks for the video.

@theyogainstituteofficial5 жыл бұрын
Namaste Sahilji, Stay away from packaged foods, refined sugars, fast foods, deep fried foods and products that have trans-fats. Read the food labels carefully. For breakfast- Whole grains porridge, Dalya, Vegetable uppma, steamed idlis, poha(pressed rice), methi thepla with less oil etc can be taken. Best breakfast that can be taken is variety of fresh fruits and nuts. Almonds, Walnuts, Figs, boiled crushed peanuts. Yours in Yoga.

Hello yoga institute I have enjoyed listening to Hansaji's advice. I am not Indian myself but I do appreciate all of her principles. I would like to ask, what is a young woman is single on her own. Maybe she works as a teacher or nurse and works very hard all day. It would be very difficult for her to come home and cook satvik food each day and have finished eating by 7pm. It is lovely for her to know that she has cooked food the night before and can come home and eat it. Then she has food cooked for the next couple of days. It is very hard to cook a dhal meal for one. How would you get around this problem?
