Great tips! Thank you very much for sharing all these amazing hacks. Another hack I have explored regarding re-using their mask is to use the remaining amount with Muji square cotton pads. Those cotton pads come in 3 layers and they are peelable, so you can just peel one layer and you will have perfectly thin cotton pad that can be used on ufo with the remaining mask :)

I took some time thinking if i should buy it or not because I'm in my 40's & need something for the lines under my eyes. But i can't use their activated sheet mask because all of them contain fragrance. My skin just don't tolerate with fragrance. So, i just use the ufo mini with my regular skincare. I do use my masks more than once because there is so much product in the package I don’t want it to go to waste. I hadn’t been putting them in the fridge but that sounds great because then they will feel cool and in the summertime that will be a huge plus! Thanks😊

Hi so I already use current body anti blemish LED mask so can I also use this with that because I don’t really what more of the LED therapy of the foreo ufo 2 device only before skin absorption and skin radiance and glow so if I use it with my toner essence serum and moisturiser and sleeping mask will I still get good results what would u recommend. This was very useful for me to watch as i have only just got mine and have been struggling. May i ask a very silly question, how do you just turn it on? i press the button and all of a sudden its vibrating and alsorts!

Hi Glad it was helpful. You can turn on by pressing the main button. Each time you press the main button after it is on it gives Treatment modes. It comes preset with 3 treatments. However it's best to use it with the APP so you can customize your treatment modes better but you can use with or without the APP. IT is normal to vibrate and also change LED lights since it comes with pre set treatments and the device use vibrations (tsonic pulsaations) heat, cold and also led light according to each treatment mode. Hi the Plastic ring is to hold the UFO masks in place when you do the treatments. Even if you don't use w the UFO masks there is no harm to keep in place. However to clean the UFO I would remove it but to use it you can keep it on.

Hi Depending on how thick the sheet mask you can try that as well, but i have tried that in the past and often the masks i tried were too thick to allow the ring to fit well but you can try with a very thin mask and let me know. As far as the UFO 2 mini you can use under the eyes the only difference between the UFO mini and regular is that the mini does not have the cold setting The UFO mini does not have Cryo-Therapy.

I think professional LED treatments are strong and meant to last several weeks. The Foreo products are meant to be used every day/several times a week since they are not as strong.

@ra.j7210 I agree. From the photos, it looks like the UFO only uses about 6-8 LED lights, and they are not too powerful. It’s probably more of a tiny bonus than a large effect, and I expect it would be tricky to direct them onto the nose. I would consider using a separate LED treatment for the face. @leahmarie112 is right that if the LED lights were too powerful, you might not be able to use the UFO treatment every day. I don’t know if you can run the device with the LED lights turned off. Typical professional grade treatments are higher powered with many lights and last 10-15 minutes. If you put on AHA before treatment or treat for too long, your skin can get damaged. If the lights on the UFO were brighter, you’d have to use eye protection, which would limit how much you could treat around the eye area and bridge of the nose. Regarding red light, near infrared light together with LED light are the two best and most studied for anti-aging. Something like the Jazz Band laser therapy tool provides near infrared and is reasonably priced, though again it requires strong eye protection for use near the face.

Hi you can still use all these tips with the UFO mini2. The only difference is the the UFO mini2 doesn't have the cryotherapy (cold setting) but everything else should work the same than with the regular size UFO.

Hi you can wash it with water, It's water proof plus you can also get a wet Q Tips and clean any leftover gel from it as well. It's easy to clean.
