Love your vids. I have Halion 6 I owned since version 4. I’ve imported all my gigasampler library to Halion year ago. Now I would like to save them as Halion sonic se 3. hey! thanks a lot for ur videos, i love the sounds! But i have an issue with Halion SE, the windows dont scale properly.. for example when i open your 80´s drummachine in halion, and go to the Edit task, i can only see the left half of the overlay you showed in your preview.. same for novel piano and a few others.. i could use the presets i guess, but cannot really use the knobs because they are not visible in my plugin window.. same for standalone mode.. can u help me fix this?

Great as always but Dom only Engine Roar is working. The alto Glockenspiel and Guitar Harmonics gave me a missing license message when i run cubase. I did make sure i updated the halion sonic :(

Sorry DOM, Guitar Harmonics is not for free. It says it needs a license which I don't own. Engine Roar seems to work. For Alto Glockenspiel I own a license, wondering if that's going to work for those without a license.

Once done I should recieve an activation code but by today I did not get any email from Steinberg. I have a Steinberg account with a valid email and of course did I check my SPAM/JUNK email folders. HOW TO INSTALL. I didn't want to mess anything up so after a phone call to Steinberg ! Once downloaded, right click on the file. Choose 'Open with'. If Steinberg Library manager is not listed, scroll down to 'More Options' or 'More Apps' or 'Choose App' . Your Computers Program files window will appear. Double click 'Steinberg', then Double click 'Steinberg Library Manager & double click 'Steinberg Library Manager Application'. the Steinberg Library Manager will open. A window will appear asking you to choose the destination path (Blue check box) I just keep this on the 'Default' option as one can move it from within the Library Manager later. (There is another blue check box asking if you want to keep the files, this is not necessary as I have done both & it does not make any difference. I guess it just keeps the file in the 'app data' taking up space on your computer, but these files are small so all works perfectly either way. Click 'OK' & all being well a window will appear saying that the VST sounds have been registered Successfully to Steinberg Library Manager. Hope this helpful.

You have to download Steinberg Download Assistant (if you don't have it), then download (or update if you already own) Halion Sonic SE 3 to 3.4.10 version and finally find and download those libraries from within Steinberg Download Assistant under VST instruments & Plugins tab. Hope that helps.

You will find the mentioned sound sets in Steinberg Download Assistant in the category VST Instruments & Plugins. It is just annoying that you can't see which of them all are for free. I will try now Engine Roar etc. and see if they are really free. Alto Glockenspiel required a serial in the past that's why I see it under my licenses in the eLicenser DB. For the others, I will have to check
