Just yesterday I was working with an autistic kido who does not extend his wrist… in collaborating with my OTR.. we talked about the slant board / writing on a black board/ white board - crab walking- prone prop … I love the supine pattern under a table.. I believe tomorrow we will be spending some fun time under a table in this new position… thank you .. keep up your great channel… I Con’t to share your videos with OT friends… Ellen from PA

Thanks so much. This is great. What about our kiddos who hold their wrists in flexion in order to not stabilize their hands on the paper due to sensory sensitivities? Thanks!

@@TheOTGuide Awesome. Thanks. I have always had a few kiddos like that but am mostly in an Autism program this year and am noticing it so so much.

Hi there! Thank you for visiting my channel. I'm so sorry about your stroke and I can't imagine how difficult that must be trying to handwrite. Yes, these exercises might be able to help. Make sure you consult with your doctor before you start.
