Damn I've been procastinating working on the fundamentals mechanics for my 2D platformer for months and thus going at snail pace. And you, a high schooler already did even more than I could even do, a super script to share to us lazy gamedevs. I cannot thank you enough my man. I'll be voting for you this week.

I was commenting that number 3 is a great way to teach students concepts of video game programming and algebra. If this was used in a classroom setting, it would be great. You can learn the x and y planes of the screen.

My vote goes for #3. Crazy useful script for us beginners gamedev who are not programmer-first gamedevs. Cannot thank you enough. After implementing coyote time, time buffering and struggling with the dash mechanics I just started to procrastinate and being lazy. so this comes handy. I just wanna make the game that I envision and desing, and do the art and animations. Programming is just a means to an end for me.

Very happy to see a new adventure game about tennis. i wait for a good one since i played mario tennis on game boy color and advance ! But i'm even more curious about number 2 so i vote for Unto Deepest Depths :D

Hi. It's a long time since I last voted on a game. But this time there is one I'm interested in, " The Tennis Academy". As a developer who creates sports games, seeing other games of this genre created by other devs is great.

Nice variety of games and tools. I'm split between #1 because it looks polished and #5 because it's zany and I love tennis. I guess I'm gonna go with #5, Tennis FTW!

I love these videos each week. They literally do what you title them, they inspire me to keep going and love to see what others are doing. EDIT: My mistake and apologies, apparently the video in question just had unfortunate timing with its release. -I was this close from clicking "don't recommend this channel again" when I saw the ragebait thumbnail about the last week's drama. I didn't watch that vid or comment there, just to avoid incentivizing that kind of angle. Judging by the continuation of this series, it was just that - ragebait - but that's just the better of the two awful options. I appreciate that you supported Godot throughout this attack, I'd just rather you didn't fight fire with gasoline. That's just my opinion, of course. Thanks.- Oh and also, vote for #1. Definitely showing this to a relative of mine who works in a coffee shop.

That video wasn't about the drama, it was just one of the Q&A videos he does where he'll make a video answering one or two questions. Maybe watch stuff before jumping to conclusions.

@@mrmunkee Just poor timing then, thanks for the clarification. I'd normally do as you suggest, but since the algorithm interprets *any* engagement positively, I genuinely don't know a better way to handle videos I find suspicious than to ignore them. Other than hitting "don't recommend" of course, but that's a stronger option for "DEFINITELY suspicious".
