Hey, I’d love for you to try one of my sessions! Let me know what specific area you want to work on, and I’ll recommend something that suits your needs. As for overcoming the fear of injury, it’s totally normal to feel that way after getting hurt. The key is building confidence again. Start slow, focus on strengthening the areas where you were injured, and ease your way back into full intensity. Doing specific rehab exercises can also help prevent re-injury and boost your confidence. Mentally, try to stay focused on the process rather than worrying about what could go wrong. Trust your body and the work you’ve put in! Let me know how it goes!

Hi, do you have to be good at high dives to be a good keeper? I am good at rushing out and at at low and medium dives but not at high dives, I only jump up to try and catch the ball (even though I 177cm tall).

Right now, there's an community where people people post videos of their training, and me and goalkeepers and coaches in the community give feedback, tips and advicr on what and how to improve certain parts. It's not exactly one-to-one meeting but it's very close to that. But as long as the community is small, I have time to really dig in and give super personalized feedback ☺️ This wouldn't be possible if there were 100s of goalkeepers inside. Remember, this is just an added bonus right now - "my inner circle". I loved this video but you said one phrase "hard work always beats talent" and that's a half-true because if you work hard but not with a good method you won't improve your game and also the players who has talent work hard, too, so that won't make a huge difference between you and them
