Chris you amaze me. You have just shown in this vlog that you don't need to spend lots of dosh to be able to go out and find gold with something not made to find it. Anyone (like me disabled) who can not go out and pan but can buy pay dirt occasionally and get the thrills of finding gold would find this type of item ideal to spend a couple of pounds on & become a gold prospector😃 When I can buy some pay dirt from you I will be able to enjoy finding my own. Thanks Mate 😊👍

I'm writing what I thought before acknowledging the comments, and you look like a tourist, thanks for asking we are fine after the drop (glad you worry about us). The pan is great, you might want to heat up a metal comb and make some bigger ripples in it (or whatever tickles your fancy). Enjoy, and good luck from Brookly, NYC Chris! Yes, Dan Hurd is smiling.

10:20 Your conversation here proves my point that owning gold is not a profit center, but insurance against inflating prices. Those one gram paydirt bags you were selling five years ago would purchase a certain amount of T-bone steak or Whiskey and while the value has gone up over the years, it still buys pretty close to the same amount of steak and whiskey. But the government fiat money does not. Gold and other metals are a STORE OF VALUE, a place to keep protected against inflation. Or insurance against inflation just by having it. Whether you purchase it or go find it in the wild the way you do, having some is a good thing as long as you do not need it right away. And truthfully, no matter what prices do or how poor I am, I always want to have a good steak on special occasions. I pretty much spoil myself now and then. I graduated high school in 1971 right at the beginning of a decade that had double digit inflation every year that compounded upon itself just like a saving account earned interest compounded over time except in reverse. Gold and real estate were the only two things that kept up and maybe even passed inflation. And here we are all again, looking at another decade like that with the only caviot is that land is too expensive today for that kind of growth. Gold on the other hand is just about right, so if you have money around (lucky you if you do) and you do not really need it for a decade or so, it might be safer to have gold than any other store of value as least the way I see it. If you can afford to do it maybe sell one pay dirt bag and keep one for yourself as retirement money Chris. You know what I mean, not the paydirt but the gold. Sell half and keep half for a while. They type you have is perfect in that you could just put it in a spot in your backyard and dig it up later to pan out. No need for expensive safes and various security devises if only you know where to find it. Just saying..... Don't end up old and broke like me.
