Learning headspin with a broken wrist is a pain in the ass, but hey thanks for the inspiration of that bboy who has a broken leg i got some good ideas coming in my mind
@djam74844 жыл бұрын
i would not be training headspins if you have a broken wrist...unless you can allready do them well...what you have to remeber is that bboy with the broken leg..already had the moves he can do...so he knows what he is doing. if your still learning a move and not got down the technic properly your going to be putting more stress on your body then normal..and if you got injursy taht shit is not good.

Hey Coach so I live in a place where breaking in not popular at all. I've tried to look for places to meet with people and practice but I haven't been able to find people out there who break. I still practice everyday 2 hours a day but I'm still practicing by myself. You need to be around people and battle to bring it to the next level but since I don't have anyone around me to break with what can I do?
