My vibe went up exponentially once I dumped awful poeple and stopped caring what others think. Being critical of the state of your SOUL, not just actions, words and thoughts helps also.

This is why I think high school was toxic for me. You're forced every day to spend time surrounded by miserable toxic people who judge you, insult you, and hurt you, while offering zero benefit to you, and you have no way to get away from them. This is not how real life works. I'm am adult. I have a choice now who I hang out with, and who I don't. Toxic work environment? I quit. Toxic friend? I stop calling them. Just want to keep my head down and do my work? No problem. There's no longer this arbitrary social ladder I have to worry about climbing. And for the haters, I make a good six figure income and am happily married with a kid and we have more friends than we have time for. The idea that you have to learn your social skills in high school is complete and utter nonsense.

@@Connery007neckache I went cold turkey. Iced tea just tastes better. I never feel good about myself drinking soda, the key is having healthy alternatives like iced tea conveniently in your home so you gravitate towards that instead.

I started meditation (yoga) a week ago and it changed my life. I have extreme anxiety but since the first session I am more present and less in my head. My relationship improved a lot since I have more empathy, love and is also more present with my boyfriend. I like the yoga because it focuses on your breathing and being present but it also challenges your body a little bit. I will definitely try some of these habits as well.

Wait.. 40% of our lives are habitual??? Conservatively??? I’d argue 70-95% is habitual and today we’ll have the same thoughts as yesterday (65,000 of them according to psychologists, 95% of which are subconscious) which will spark the same emotions and lead to the same actions… the subconscious mind, the RAS of the mind will relate those thoughts and emotions to survival and perpetuate them into infinite basically… so in other words this video is gold! Consciously changing your routines will over time change your life as routines become habits and habits become programs as is wired into our survival instincts which is why it’s so darn hard to change your habits. However if you learn how to engage the frequencies of your heart you can override the survival instincts to some degree to make it easier to adoot new healthier habits and the best way I found is to add Heart-Brain Coherence to your meditation/Spiritual practice.

Love the advice, one thing about the 5th advice though. For me, cutting things out never works because it puts me on scarcity mindset. Instead, I allow myself to eat an abundance of fruits and vegetables. The rest follows that. This put me on an abundance mindset and improve my relationship with food. Been doing that for a decade and have never been healthier.

I believe, in order to change one must see their beliefs and make conscious effort to accept yourself no matter the amount of pain, and from there you could actually visualize and see yourself from a different light. I’ve tried visualizing my future self and it works, however it doesn’t dissolve unresolved pain. Best way to heal and grow is to go to the source. ✨

We lie to ourselves constantly, especially about the pains we feel and the conclusions those pains lead us to. I don't think the path is necessarily to heal those pains outright but merely reveal them and the thoughts we have around them. Also there is an assumption that the answers must come from some authority outside of ourselves and so we follow other wise individuals and accept their teaching as dogma when really their teaching are signs of the path we should explore ourselves. In the end it's all just a really fun puzzle we are all so blessed to be playing with.

Hey Clark I love your chart. I didn't know you could assign a score to all those scores and they for sure make sense. I am thinking about the best people I hung out with definitely have a high score on the spectrum. And you can just feel someone's vibe from this chart. It's always important to keep oneself in check and make sure that my emotions stay on the higher side of the spectrum.

In my video How to Love Yourself, I talk about how I used mirror therapy to fall in love with myself and how after that I started using reprogramming my thoughts by actively catching my negative thoughts and reversing them. Talk about raising my vibe, doing everything I did back then in my 20s changed my life. One of the best things I realized about love is that it’s an action and without the actions it’s just a word. So self love meant actively loving myself, waking up in the morning and kissing that reflection in the mirror and telling him, “I love you.” It meant making sure that guy was happy and if not, figuring out what to do to make him happy. It meant protecting his happiness and asking him what his deepest desires were, and then helping him achieve them. I’m 61 now, but those monumental changes I made and went through in my 20s I know will always be my greatest life achievements. ❤

I honestly thought the percentage was over 40%! (Actually, I thought it was swapped. 60% being running on autopilot.) Also, in the image at 1:32, I'm surprised courage is so low. For me, that's such a high-vibe feeling. Feeling courageous, emboldened, empowered -- all super "buzzy" emotions for me. I even think of courage as "willingness to face the fire," so it's curious that "willingness" is above courage. It's certainly not as high vibe as love or peace, though, but definitely a higher up than neutrality (or even acceptance, unless acceptance in this case refers to feeling belonging). Belonging is pretty on par with love and being at peace for me, personally, and it goes to show how individualistic this is.

For those of us who are actual over thinkers and meditation is complete crap because we cannot center ourselves, pick anything in your room. Focus your eyes on that. Dont focus on your breathing, that's absolute shit that will not help. It will cause us to stop altogether and will freak us out and is the reason it's never worked. so dont do it. Focus your eyes on one thing. that's it. keep them there. your brain will try to redirect itself, your eyes will try to move. do not let them. focus. after a few minutes you'll finally be calm. you'll finally lose the voice... when you want to come back, move your eyes. (in order to recall anything, the eyes are forced to move. if you dont let them, you cant get stuck. breathing does not have this affect and it's extremely dangerous for a lot of us with severe anxiety and panic attacks because it can mimic those. do not do breathing exercises)

When you do meditation, you practice breathing, but after the time, the breath will start breathing you. If you start doing a sport, or exercise after a time you don't exercise the sport, but the sport is exercising you. The same is true with love, after you find love, everything seems easy, you don´t have to chase the love anymore the love as a feeling start to breathe you, the love starts to chase you. It becomes natural because of your lifestyle.

Make sure she falls in love with your lifestyle, not necessarily just with your looks, because your lifestyle is part of your charisma, looks may change over time, but charisma rarely changes, good lifestyle rarely changes for worse. but looks may change for better if you exercise and makes you look healthy etc For example, if you are a kind guy who likes people and humor and helps people, and has a bunch of friends, It's called lifestyle, you share advice about sports, music arts, and culture with friends. Charisma is part of lifestyle and lifestyle is part of charisma. She falls in love with it much more than just with looks. If she sees he helps his friend or colleague with something, she sees his priorities. The spiritual priorities and his humility, which is an attractive thing. Maybe therefore long-term relationship works with people who work in the same industry, for example, music, playing violin or instrument. So she feels safe because all the people colleagues around him feel safe, and she will feel safe with all those people. For example musicians, and athletes. Except if she is the kind of person who wants to live in isolation from people or doesn't have time for them.

Well the visuals aren't even the most important part it's the emotions and state of being. If you can't visualize then make a vision board or create a mind movie. My husband has problems visualizing so he uses vision boards and mind movies. Feel the emotions that those things make you feel and stay in that state of being ad much as possible. Don't lose hope. 🙏 You can do this. 🫂💛
