👉1 recommendation form my side those who are feeling tensed, do not able to study....just do for only 4days, not 21 days or 2 months (you have to try your best to donot use phone too much in these 4 days) Try to wake up before 7 am 1. Have a good amount of water 2. Do exercise for 15min 3. Do meditation for 15min 4. Do hooponopono for 5 min 5. After that open your book... do not think anything that why I can't able to study why I wasted my time.... every time in your life always be ready to start again.... just study for 2hrs. Afterthat you take a bath, do your breakfast then try to start again.... Study 4,5 times a day having a batch of 2hrs..... 6. Walk in evening for 15-20 min. 7. After finishing the work of your day...(feel the happiness) you will feel the happiness,energy... Do not watch any motivational video in these 4 days.....after 4 days you will see magic is going to happen... because only you can change your life..... In first day you will feel some struggle but trust me force yourself for these 4 days... trust me my friend you will see the change in your self.... Come after 4 days....and reply to my comment.... Spending time with ourselves while being isolated and positively talking with ourselves are the best prospects of exam preparation while sitting in the room whole day. I used to talk, laugh, analyze my day in front of mirror. It's like you become your own best friend and you get to know yourself better. It's much much more important in the long run. Hi Neha , I want to ask you something I m a civil services aspirant and i got very fascinated towards Law of attraction by watching ur explanations of it I have a question regarding affirmation of positive things Ex - i started to affirm positive things but i m thinking after my exam when everbody would ask me if i m Qualifying or not ,I am going to say that yes I am qualifying but if I don’t qualify by any chance (I know thinking about that is contradictory to the very idea of law of attraction) then how should i handle that situation if that happens Everybody and specially my family would feel very bad as they wouldn’t be expecting that (And I usually dont say anything about my result before the actual result] A lot of my friends would consider me a hawabaaz person.
