Best smoothie recipe : banana, half an avocado, coco powder, milk of choice . (You can also add chia, flax, spinach and whatever other health boosters you like)

You should try my perfect smoothie recipe! A ripe banana, one slice of melon, ground flaxseed and hoooney (oats are a great add to it too!). Oh and dairy milk.

Question: do you use the tofu out of the package or do you prepare it some way so it can be bendable to use in the smoothie ( like make it soft to use) ? dumb question I know.

there are different types of tofu, the best for smoothies would probably be a silken tofu as it is really soft and would blend really easily

Water is the only liquid I use now for my smoothies. I don't have to shop for water. Saves money. And my nutrients are coming from the items I put together.

I tried pre making smoothies ahead of time one before i found it really effects the colour and texture of the smoothie but the flavour sort of alright. I haven't tried frozen it before though so it might work better then just keeping it in the fridge

Do most people find edamame flavorless? 🤯 I love the flavor of it, with a tiny bit of salt to brighten it up (granted, it is a very mild flavor, so I could see how it would easily be hidden in a smoothie)
