Air fryer Seeded Bread Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
2 and 1/2 Cups of Bread Flour. 315g
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 and 1/4 Cup or 300ml Warm WATER (room temp)
3/4 Cup 0r 100g Multi seeds ( sunflower, flaxseed, sesame and pumkin seeds)
3 tablespoons Honey
1 tsp salt
2 Tablespoons vegetable or olive oil

50/50 Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour 125g
1 Cup of Whole Wheat / Meal Flour 130g
1 teaspoon Instant Dry yeast
200 ml or 14 tablespoons Warm water ( Not boiling hot) 105F or 51C
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1. Air fry at 400F or 200C for 15 mins
2. flip at 10-12mins to brown the under.
Note air fry time and temp may vary depending on the size of your air fryer mine is 5liters size basket.
Air fryer Dinner Bread Rolls
Ingredients:
2 Cups of WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
3 tbsp Melted butter ( unsalted)
1/2 Cup Milk ( room temp)
1 tbsp Brown Suger
1/4 tsp Salt
1 large Egg
1 and half tsp Active dry yeast
Air fry at 320F or 160C for 15mins. ENJOY Thank you🌷
NO KNEAD WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
2 and half Cups of Whole wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Water ( luke warm temp)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Sugar
Air fry At 380F or 190C for 25 mins. Optional- Flip and brown the under again for 5 mins at same temp.Enjoy
