When I have little time, I mix my henna with hot herbal tea, let it cool slightly, apply it to my hair, and leave it on for 3 hours. This works great for me.
@HennaSooqАй бұрын
That sounds like a wonderful method! Mixing henna with hot herbal tea and allowing it to cool slightly before applying is a great way to enhance the benefits. It's great to hear that leaving it on for 3 hours works well for you. Thanks for sharing your tip!

Henna hack: If you’re trying to maintain your curl pattern, alternate your full-length treatments and your root-only touch ups. On root-only days, I mix enough for shoulder length hair, apply some to an inch of new growth. Then I cover my length in deep conditioner topped off with the remaining henna-a gloss basically. Either way, I apply my treatments every two months.

I like to add honey to my batch. It helps keeps my hair soft and it doesn’t reduce the color outcome for me.
@denyshadials5702Ай бұрын
I’ve never experienced dryness after a treatment with a squirt of honey. I use it with all my herbs. Even tea rinses.

Hi Khadija 🌸 👋🏽 how are you? Thanks much for this amazing video and for always sharing your wisdom with us 😊 I'm going to start freezing Henna ahead of time in batches (GENIUS) why didn't I think of this? 🤔😂 Question: Would the process = mix Henna, wait for dye release, then freeze or mix Henna and immediately freeze without waiting for dye release? 🤔 Thanks again... HENNABAE 4 LIFE 🌷
@HennaSooqАй бұрын
hi hi!! Good thank you for asking. I hope you're well too. Love that you're going to try that out! I would probably mix it, and then give it max 20-30 mins to sit and then freeze and let it thaw as the dye release will still happen during thawing. Hope this helps xo

I purchased the Moroccan henna months ago after you shared that the dye release is within 2 hours. It took me so long to finally do my hair with it, five days ago. I popped the leftover right into the freezer. You should have definitely put that on the packaging. Can I still use it for coloring because it also has Red Raj and Rajasthani powders in the mask. Also, after the 3 day waiting period, what conditioning treatment would you recommend?
@HennaSooqАй бұрын
You mean combine all of these powders to make a mask? Can you clarify? We don't understand
@bethtes6133Ай бұрын
Hi thank you for all your information. If you are using defrosted henna, can you add water to it?
@HennaSooqАй бұрын
Hello! If needed, feel free to add a little water to it. This can help achieve the desired consistency.
@manehbag732Ай бұрын
Hi! If we do only henna (without Indigo) how does the depth of color work? The longer you leave it on the redder it'll be? Or no difference? When I was younger I used to see more Marron/burgundy tint all over my hair (I have dark brown natural hair). But now a days any brand henna I use just gives me copper on my whites, no more burgundy. Thanks for listening!!
@HennaSooqАй бұрын
Hi! When using only henna, the depth of color can vary depending on a few factors, but leaving it on longer doesn’t necessarily make it redder. If you're aiming for a deeper maroon or burgundy hue, we recommend our Rajasthani henna: hennasooq.com/products/fresh-organic-rajasthani-indian-henna-powder

Hi is it necessary to let henna dye release even if only the benefits are needed not the color
@HennaSooqАй бұрын
no it's not necessary if you don't care about coloring your hair. Do note it will still color your hair.

If my henna package says to only let sit 2-3 hrs for dye release is it ok to do overnight to get maximum dye release? Thank you

Hello! Which henna did you use from us?
@manehbag732Ай бұрын
It's not from your line. I use different ones all the time and switch up.
@HennaSooqАй бұрын
@@manehbag732 We can’t provide a definitive answer since you used another brand, and we’re unsure if there are any chemical conflicts with theirs. It would be best to reach out to the brand you used for clarification. Thank you for understanding!

How do you use heat or steam ?
@HennaSooqАй бұрын
the heat would be through using a heat cap and steam would be by using a steamer. Once your hair is covered up you can then use the heat cap or steamer according to the instructions you get with those items. Amazon has good options for these products. We hope this helps!

I made to much Moroccan last time, so I froze the leftover. I thawed it quickly and used it. Gave a great stain. So maybe the trick is to thaw quickly with that henna. Slow thawing would most likely cause it to go into demise.
@HennaSooq10 күн бұрын
hhmmm interesting. Yes I'll have to give that a shot. :)

Today I visited your website spend more than an hour taking quizzes , deciding on products and of course adding to cart. Was shocked and disappointed by the shipping fee- $50 to Canada!!!! What??? It would be helpful if you allow free shipping above a certain amount.

Hello! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. International shipping costs can be quite high at the moment due to real-time fluctuations. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

yeah, it's a shame shipping costs are so high right now cause I'd totally order from HennaSooq if I could (also in Canada here)
