I wish someone could come with a natural hair care routine to grow hair back for ppl with ccca. The areas of my hair that is not affected is thick, but looks short bc there is barely any at the top. All my fullness is gone. What hair there is has some length also, but ppl keep suggesting I go bald. I’m not cutting that much hair bc of my thin edges and bald spots. And Wigs itch too much. I still wear my own hair out, but not sure how much longer I will be able to. The Mediterranean Diet is crap. It doesn’t really help the inflammation in my body.
