I own two of the five stocks mentioned above. I also owned UCHI, but sold it a couple of years back. FPI is a great stock. But, it has gone up a lot in recent years, and those who purchase it today may not enjoy similar returns. I remember buying FPI when it was selling south of 70 cents. The company has never failed to pay a dividend all these many years I've owned its stock.

unfortunately, we can't share that due to SC regulations. But generally, if we can predict their future cash flow, then we will favour that more.

@@EasyFamilyGadget-lj2xk short term = more volatility as you are competing with human emotion on the company, less so on business fundamentals. Long term = more on business fundamentals. Generally less volatile if the business is good.
