Thank you for not assuming that we all have that natural ability to "shake it"! lol! I grew up in a Finnish community and we did the polka a lot...but not very much Latin. Gitos (thanks)

Very nice and usefull steps. Thank you. I"ll be hapy if every dance teacher teaches steps so clearly and exactly . It is nice to see a dance couple moving slowly and with style.

I can feel those excersises doing good already. I think I'm more flexible on my right side than on my left!

These are great exercises! I've been working on my rumba and my teacher says I have the leg actions down, but I need to work on my hips more. I think these will help.

I have seen a video where you sit on a chair to stretch you rib cage and back. It works well because you cant cheat and move your hips much at the same time.

Really love the exercises! Any chance you can do a box rumba exercise? I'm still only at a level where I'm yet to learn Cuban rumba.

+Charity dela cruz thanks! 👍For Box Rumba all five exercises are exactly the same. Then try to apply to box: forward (4th exercise, side (3rd exercise) and close (3rd exercise but feet together). Back (5th exercise), side (3rd exercise), close (3rd exercise, but feet together ).

We have a group of filipinos in middle east for ballroom dancing... we do recitals every 4 months in in different dancing... its hard for me to learn rumba and chachacha but jive is easy for me... indont know what is the right technique of dancing rumba... i dance badly... even i am watching your videos over and over again i feel that im not doing well... now that our recital is rumba and i am not confidence to dance on it.... anyway i will not stop watching your videos😊😊😊 exercises help me...
