Thanks for watching and the thumbs up! With interest rates continuing to fall, inventory on the rise and a new administration coming into office I think buyers and sellers can be very hopeful as we move into 2025. We should see a more balanced market and if interest rates can get down in to the 5's I think that will pull more resale homes onto the market giving buyers more options and keeping prices at bay.
