Hi Katherine, we used Sona Masuri rice- a variety from Indian sub continent. You can pick Basmati rice for the same purpose. Aged rice is better. We used 1 year old rice. You should be able to find this in any Indian Grocery Store. Thanks ! 🙂🙏👍

Hi Arshdeep, yes all of them can be given to 6 month olds. But you need to introduce only one food item at a time. Say you started with rice cereal. Give it for 3 or 4 consecutive days. Then move on to next cereal. So you're introducing these foods over 20 days or so. By that time you know how the child is liking and digesting each of these foods.
