We get some wicked fog up where I live (thanks Newfoundland) and it's basically like walking through a cloud. Can't see, sounds seem muffled, and it just feels thick. Perfect atmosphere for some spooks to happen wouldn't you say! Bonus: my mother-in-law knows I have anxiety and an overactive imagination, and proceeded to tell me local folklore about the lady in white and the headless Miner. For weeks after first moving here I refused to leave the house at night if there was even a chance of fog creeping up on me.

Story number 2 with a black widow spider black widow spiders will not make webs off of a tree! they also like to nest near the ground in the dark in undisturbed places that's why you would never see one making a web from a tree! Their nest sites are made by holes that are made by small animals or around the openings of wood pilesn or in the low shrubs. If they are inside it's pretty much the same thing dark undisturbed places under shelves or behind furniture. They also like to be under stairs are in basements. And they don't make symmetrical webs like normal spiders it's more like a mesh web. females can get to about an inch and a half and that's with legs their bodies can only get 0.5 to 0.6 inches and males are half the size of females or smaller and don't get any bigger than that.

Ok, who else recognizes story 2? There's another story about 2 friends who go into a cemetery (I think it was Chinese; I definitely remember it was a cultural, enclosed one and not just a plain one). They have a creepy experience and she hears her father's name spoken on the paranormal device she was using on her phone, as they are leaving. I think she called her father afterwards, worried about him, naturally. Anyone else? Anyone? Just me?
