I see you have Hex by Thomas Heuvelt on the shelf behind you. Not sure if you've reviewed it but that was probably one of the coolest stand alone world-building books with a let down of a plot i've ever read. It hooked me and I read it in two sittings but was left feeling a little let down by where he took that.

Let The Right One In was fantastic. Highly recommended. I was expecting a kind of YA novel, but it really surprised me. It was as good as Salem's Lot with very descriptive, literate writing.

Im gunna check out thar dean koontz midnight dude. Sounds good to me. I read shattered by him n thought it was alright, nothing too fancy just, like you said, a series of events over like 72hr. But was entertainjng enough. Cheers jimmy... TOM

I loved "Let the Right One In", actually liked the movie too!!, so I'm hoping I like this new one of his!! Always loved The Twilight Zone, so if it's anything like that, I'm sure I'll love it!! Ghost Story was actually your rec from a comment you left on a previous video. So thanks for that. Yes I heard that “I am behind you” was the first of the trilogy but I don’t think the third one has been translated to English yet. So hopefully that happens. Is that short story compilation in English or Swedish? Also, yes I heard they will be doing a “bubble” setting for the WJHC in Vancouver or Calgary I believe. So that’s good news!

@@jimmymango waow you are welcome glad u read it not many people discuss peter straub I've read almost every book and they are all amazingly written, the only issue is that they take a while to get going but like you said its rewarding =) Yeah its a short story I think they have translated the short-story collection they are all good but they one I mentioned is the best in it imo. Waow thats good news! Hoping swe can in the finals but sweden always choke in playoffs... unbeatable group record think its 40+ and zero losses. But that don't matter if u don't deliver in the playoffs =(
