Feel free to call me old-fashioned but my concern is the children.....married, poly, divorced and now engaged again- all within a year or so? I have no issue with consential adults but when children are involved the playing field and rules are different. The children's needs need to be put first.

Can't help but feel sad for the wasted time and Rob's experience, so far. The difference between the light in Lauren's eyes in this video vs the previous videos with Rob is super apparent and pretty depressing. Two things I feel the series is missing, so far: 1. If you start with Video 1, you don't do a good job of explaining where the curve of the relationships you're presenting will go. You hint to it, but there's no explicit warning that this is the story of a relationship that blossoms from the ashes of another.2. Going from 4 to 5 skips Lauren's early dating stage, which is a huge jump if you're going to present the 'full journey'. It's great to skip to this video and seeing Elyse and Lauren so twitterpated, but what about the leadup to this? Curious where later videos go.

@@SP-mf9sh Of course not. They still co-parent, but they replaced him under the guise of “polyamory” and presented it as ethical. Years later this channel still rubs me wrong.

Hey Anna! Elyse here. The age gap has never been an issue! Honestly, when I'm with Lauren all I feel is that we are deeply connected. I am happy, and she is happy, and everyone is happy that we've found each other! My parents are 12 years apart, so to them 8 years doesn't seem all that bad. Thankfully, we've had nothing but love and support from our families! :)
