Great video guys….been on vacation to Melbourne twice before you know what stopped us all…..our next trip is likely next year, still to do the Mornington and Bellarine peninsulas….so much to do and see around Melbourne and in Victoria….love the multi cultural feel of the whole place…..thanks for sharing, as I sit and shiver from my little island of Jersey….just off the NW coast of France…

just as people are starting to head out again on holidays, i have to say the Dromana Drive in is an absolute MUST! an experience you simply can't get anywhere else, with a full 50's themed diner, it's been owned and run by the same family since opening in 1962.. maybe it's just me being a big buff of both movies and historically significant places, but it's just the night out, still remember going to see honey i shrunk the kids there for my very first time, i've been sucked in ever since!

Same with us. We live in Melbourne too. Hopefully we can start to ease restrictions since our numbers are getting better. Mornington will one of the first places we will visit since the nice weather is picking up too 😂 thanks for watching!
@edeltraudgrace51864 жыл бұрын
@@HangryByNature Oh you also live in Melbourne in lockdown. Yes, the figures suggest that the restrictions ease soon and we can enjoy the beautiful nature again on the Mornington Peninsula or other places in Victoria -:) We live in Mount Eliza but are only allowed to get to the border of Mornington at the moment and not further. I cannot wait to visit all the beautiful places again that you showed in your video. Loved that you gave all the good advice for families with little kids or generally for people all ages. -:)

I didn’t realise there was so much to see on the Mornington Peninsula. Some stunning coastlines! How good was that drone shot at 4:40 with the birds flying in front 😲 We were almost going to visit on our trip to Melbourne last year but we ended up going to Philip Island. Before we had kids. Beach bums. Now we have kids. Pools.

Mornington's our fave summer hangout spot.. we find something new each time we go. But Phillip Island is beautiful as well! Haha yeah the timing for it was perfect but I always get paranoid flying around birds cos we've had so many try and attack our drone. Do you guys get that too?

It is a nice time to go in spring as the weather is moderate and can get a lot more sunnier days but you probably can't go for a swim as the water would be too cold.

Please don't bring kids to the peninsula hot springs. Don't ruin it for everyone else. Its not an aquatic center its meant to be a relaxation retreat. Kids don't want to relax so don't ruin the experience for everyone else and yourself. Leave your kids at home
