Per capita income of an average Indian citizen is around 2500USD while in Germany 54000USD. The truth is it will take a lot longer for India to become a developed nation. Our government policies are kinda very slow which makes it very hard for foreign investors to set up a manufacturing plant in india, for example it takes 3 to 5 years to get approval for land acquisition and other paper works done. Total Tax Before Cess: ₹12,500 + ₹1,00,000 + ₹3,00,000 = ₹4,12,500. Health and Education Cess (4%): 4% of ₹4,12,500 = ₹16,500. Total Payable Tax: ₹4,12,500 + ₹16,500 = ₹4,29,000.
