The Swing is one of the easiest to learn KB moves that also offers lots of variations and can be done as a stand along workout. In under ten minutes you can knock out 150 to 200 Swings or more which will work your entire body.
In this particular Drill you go from one KB to the next as quickly as you can, ten reps per KB for a total of 50 Swings per round. Take a 30 second to 1 minute break between rounds as desired.
In the second and third rounds you can do either two hand or hand-to-hand Swings as desired.
