What is the best university and best degrees to qualify for a EB-2 Visa (must have a master degree and be hired by a US company)

From what I've seen, the higher the degree the better. At least a Master's, but a PhD is better. And the University would likely need to be Regionally Accredited.

Western Governors University... If you play your cards right. You need to test out of your classes instead of doing it their way. I would like to go to nursing school. Is there a Nursing school without entering exam?
