Thank you for these workout routines. Because i used to think that in order for me to get a 8 pack i had to go to the gym all the time and pay hundreds of dollars every month. But the bar brothers changed my whole thought of exercise. Keep up the good work.

I am 18 and I've been exercising for 1 month and from 84 killos I fell to 76. There is not a big change in my body but I can see a huge change in my mind. I feel the difference and this feeling makes me to continue. I want to say this: JUST CONTINUE AND DO NOT GIVE UP. YOU WILL SEE RESULTS.

84ND3R5N4TCH After you get them try the reverse planche, with your front facing upwards and using the back of your shoulder to raise your body

Teckpow Going from *this* to reverse planches is a bit extreme, don't you think? I'm looking for exercises between these two difficulty levels.

Yes it's extreme, but the learning curve is nearly the same, the only difference is that you do it backwards :D Thought it's very difficult, not many people can do it, but if your hands hunger for exercise then try yourself :D

Hi Lazar, Hi Dusan -- Thanks for sending the video. In the middle of it, I put it on pause went outside and did a few pullups and a few chinups. Can't do a full chinup as yet but making progress. I sure do have my work cut out for me!! Even in the middle of the night, when I can't sleep, I go out and do a few pullups using both types of grips. Just think, 3 months ago, I couldn't spell calisthenics, let alone the types of grips. Sure am having fun watching the very subtle changes in me. Thanks again and with a handshake, Mike

Bl4st2 I sure do, but in this heat, I have slowed down a bit. I was sick for a month and that limited me quite a bit. It sure felt good to be back up on the bar when I resumed my exercises

go to the lower bar and prectice that wrist move by jumping from the ground, and switching wrists at the right moment,that will help you get that movement down

hi there, ye actually me and my 3 friends that starting following BBrothers 3 months ago we had the same issue m8, my advice is simple, ignore the pain, sooner or later your hands will get use to the pain and eventually after 1 week or so handling with the pain your hands will create callioses (my english sucks :D) and you will be able to do pull ups easilly. Stay strong and dont give up, pain is weakness leaving your body.

I find it amusing how the bar brothers take so much pride in what little they've actually achieved physique wise. But I don't mind their pride in their level of calisthenics, because this shit can get tough!

Hey guys I've been working out with body weight exercises for about 2 to 3 months now. I've seen so many improvements it's ridiculous. But I am stuck in a few things. I'm trying to build up to a full planche but i am somewhat stuck right now. I don't know how to get my lower back to stretch my legs out. My shoulders are strong enough to hold me up but i cannot get my legs out. Help with front and back levers will also be helpful. Thank you so much for the help and motivation!!

ive done a lot of deadlifts and rows in my day, but pullups are a legit back exercise. you get wide.

i have 2 months doing 10 reps of pull ups. front and behind head. 5 sets each one .. today i do 6 muscle ups perfectly after all that. im happy. i am from venezuela. latin america. sorry for the bad english.
