5 Lakes Hike, 5 Seenweg Zermatt Switzerland 4K Video

The 5 Lakes Hike above Zermatt is a beautiful hiking route in Switzerland. The hiking trail starts at the Blauherd mountain station and leads down past five lakes via Findelalp and ends at the valley station of the Sunnegga cable car. The trail passes the following lakes: Stellisee, Grindjesee, Grünsee, Moosjisee and Leisee. This results in a distance of nine kilometres with 540 metres of altitude difference in the descent and 260 metres of altitude difference in the ascent. The walking time is given as two hours and 35 minutes. However, more time should be allowed to enjoy the beautiful alpine world. From Stellisee it is possible to make a detour to Berghaus Fluhalp, a restaurant with a beautiful view of the mountains. After the Grüensee, you reach the Bärghüs Grünsee at Ze Seewjinen, which is also ideal for a rest.

Hoi Dina! Yes, it's really a womderful hike! I think you can see Matterhorn only in Stellisee, Grindjisee and Leisee. Grünsee is behind a mountain range and Moosjisee has cloudy water and restless surface. Unfortunately the weather was cloudy at the end of the hike. Leisee is very nice! Did you thake a bath in Leisee? Ich wünsche Dir ein schönes Wochenende!
