For me, it’s the opposite of “no one cares” that feels more accurate. When I’m climbing with another climber of any level, I feel invested in their success or effort. It doesn’t matter if they’re struggling on V1 or V11, we’re all experiencing the process of failure, struggle, and improvement that we love. So, I think for me it’s more like we care regardless of your level and we share a common experience and joy regardless of level.
