This guy's physic is pretty much my goal, I started lifting and doing calisthenics almost a year ago. I was 47 kg and now I'm at 53.40 kg, didn't gain that much weight but the impact on my confidence and mental health is detrimental. I can now also do a couple of handstand push ups and muscle ups, aiming to unlock planche and front lever for my second year hehe. Keep up the good work man, you're a great inspiration for a lot of people including me.

DAMN BRO my first year I went from 48kg to 60kg but my strength isn't as strong as u bro cuz I just did the basics like push ups and pull ups for calisthenics and some curls and now in my 2nd year I just started going to the gym 2 months ago 😅 and my current weight is like 62kg

@@marz3960 Damn that's insane, 12 kg in just a year. I mean it's not impossible with a good diet but still, that's impressive. Also I'm sure it won't take long till you unlock those skills if you've pumped out the basics for a year. Keep up the good work and consistency brotha' !

@@arthvs I just ate what my mom cooked or what my parents bought but just increase the portion 😂 idk that's a rlly good diet but I'm happy with the result . Btw my right shoulder got some problem so it's kinda hard for me to things like planche or handstand so I'm focusing to build the muscle first with weights then I might start training to do those again 😅 also good luck for you too with ur journey 🔥

@@marz3960 Well, I guess I gotta start eating more of what my momma cooks cuz guess what, I also don't have a damn diet plan. I just eat and yeah, I don't eat that much so I am not gaining that much weight. Also goodluck in that journey mate !

I have so much respect for you Tyler, it might mean nothing to you but you inspired my 32 year old skinnyfat ass to hit the gym for the first time in my life and I feel great about myself, I'm barely 3 months in but listening to you and taking your "it's not a means to an end but a lifestyle" approach has done wonders for my mental health. After all, I'm in no rush to reach my ideal physic. Keep up the great work man, greetings from Perú.

Got a minor strain in one of my hip adductors after doing some barbell squats after just starting out. I’ve since decided to only work out 3 days a week with just the bar for most exercises and slowly work my way up. It’s honestly more inspiring to me that it took you so long to get your physique, because it showed me it’s good to be patient and disciplined rather than just trying to rush things.

I got 2 back injuries back in 2017 and 2021 due to ego lifting. 1st injury healed for about 4mos, and the second one was fixed by a chiro after I endured for 1 and half year while relying on pain medications. Now im recovering again from a lower back injury I had 3weeks ago, while doing rage squats. Im glad it isnt as severe as my second injury back in 2021 tho. Hearing from you and reading from comments lessens my frustration bout myself. Im gonna do better, thanks for the advice 🙏🙏🙏

I 100% agree with beginners focusing more on form than intensity. For 2 reasons. 1. You wanna set the foundation for you form. So over a span of like a year, figure out what kind of form is best for your personal build. 2. Beginners simply don’t need to train as hard to grow the same amount or even more than an intermediate or advanced person. Why? Muscles who have not been significantly stimulated in a consistent basis will respond better and hypertrophy better than experienced people.

Took me 10 years to get back to the gym because of 2 herniated discs on my lower back !! 10 freaking years ! It’s been 3 months I’ve restarted the gym !! Never thought it would be possible! I was training to failure gained some masse lost weight but to intense so I’ve injured myself with a costocondritis , at least it was not my back ! So no more to true failure! I’m 42 years old so gonna take my time !! But k like pushing myself so it’s gonna be hard to resist, instead of lifting heavy I just concentrate on the negative part and doing it slowly!

Bro, I've hurt my low back 3 times, 2 times deadlifting, 1 time rdl, and today my low back is stronger than ever, the answer is zercher jefferson curls with the ez bar, start with the lightest weight and build up with 3x10-15 twice a week, pause at the bottom to really condition your lower back, strengthen your weaknesses

For anyone who sees this that may be new to the gym and wondering if you need such a big bag of creatine the answer is no absolutely not. Get the smallest bag that they offer and it will last you literal months. Thats like a life times supply of creatine he's rocking. Their marshmallow, cinnamon cereal, peppermint choclate, and birthday cake flavors are BUSSIN. Cookies and Cream is not good has a weird after taste, chocolate mint is ok and choclate brownie is mid. So far the only ones I have not tried are the fruity cereal, mocha, milk tea, popcorn, vanilla, choclate milkshake and strawberry. Though I just reupped and got a few of the flavors I havent had yet.

i took creatine as a boost tbh. I was workingout and eating alot for 3 years straight and stayed 130-135 the whole time. in just 2 months i gained over 20 pounds. yeah 10 of that was most likely fat, and water weight, but the other 10 was 100% muscle. I also started hitting a actual gym in those 2 months cause before it was me working out at home for 1-2 hours 5 days a week with weights that were basically nothing. TylerPath watching ur vids are what inspired me to do so much more with myself and my body. Thank you. I will continue to grow no matter what

when he doesn't hold the handles it makes it so his side delts are the only limiting factor while doing the exercise.. i think Jeff nippard (sorry if i spelled it wrong😭) made a video about it and he got a few reps extra while using a strap which made it so that he didn't have to hold onto anything P.S. Tyler you have been so helpful when it has come to good form for the gym. Currently pushing to three months! One thing I wanted to share though, I was saved from a three year pornography addiction, and freed from heavy anxiety. Place your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ who was crucified for the sin of the world, and then three days later rose again. You don't have to buy anything from a priest, just you and God, and ask for genuine forgiveness. Repent which means to have a change of mind. I promise it will be the best decision you could have ever made in your life. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." - John 3:16
