Dude not trying to be an ass but ever since the scandal you've been so stifled/censored and not your true self. Quick example, instead of just saying "jerk off" you said "doing something to yourself". Seriously why do you care so much what media thinks? They already destroyed you. Look at how Andrew Tate is doing it. There are a lot of lessons in there. Love bro, been watching your shit for about 10 years now on and off
@RassionellMaddman Жыл бұрын
You may not care as your approach definitely will help for most people but for someone that's somewhat narcissistic like myself, who developed BOTH voices, your approach as it evolves in this video has a toxic and unachievable end goal for people like me. My inner voice does both. I have the negative rational cynical asshole and the passionate madman who thinks he is god. The latter has gotten me to do some very stupid risky shit and be confrontational for no reason, the former makes me a coward that plays life way too safe. What I want you to know is that the positive voice you are encouraging your students to unleash and not quieten, it way too loud in the mind of a narcissistic personality that coped with trauma by being too positive and unrealistically feel they are god/goddess amongst humans. It's very important to tame and quieten the positive voice, your teachings clearly don't teach that and could make a narcissist out of a former loser.

5 Ways to Heal Trauma #1 0:08 Be with yourself, Spend at least 10 minutes doing nothing, preferably twice a day or more. Do not distract yourself, self-medicate, repress, or ignore your self. Be present to (do not escape) that voice that bubbles up, write it down. It will allow you to transform your relationship with thought, to reframe the perspective from a self-deprecating voice to a loving one. #2 7:58 Identify your go-to ways of escapism, running away from yourself (e.g.: eating, drinking, drugs, tv, media, work, socializing). Whenever your urge to escape is the strongest, that is the best time to let go (so it no longer runs you subconsciously). Replace your form of escapism with a letting go meditation (Julien has tons of unique insight online to master the art of letting go) #3 10:37 Understand & identify when you are triggered (i.e.: when your response is disproportionate to reality) and do a release, do not express it. #4 17:05 Shadow questions. Ask questions that could bring up hidden information hindering your experience of life. E.g: Why am I not good enough? Why don't I deserve success? Why don't your parents love you? Why is it entirely your fault? See what comes up and turn it over. #5 18:55 Cold showers. Relax competely into it, enjoy it, do not give in to the mechanical reflex to endure it or resist it. This strengthens the skill of relaxing into your disowned aspects and being fully aware of the totality of your life. Consciousness heals. My brothers and sisters, watch the whole thing and actually apply it! If you live in the US, OMG, go see them. Julien and Owen have been an essential part of my transformation in every area of my life: health, wealth, love, peace and my family's, friends, neighborhood. True saints. It brings tears of joy to say this. This recap of the video is a little gesture of gratitude for their selfless love for the community and my miraculous change. I wish all of you watching all the peace, love and joy in the world. You are good, you are loved, you are perfect! 😊

I almost never comment, anywhere, but this exercise of sitting down and identifying my triggers and understanding what happened in my childhood that has made me change into this version of myself over the course of my life, has literally been so helpful, I did not understand what people meant when they said, talk to ur inner child and forgive them like what inner child? Nothing that bad had happened, but it was today that I unlocked those feelings I had been locking inside since childhood that had been hindering me and had been manifesting into bigger insecurities and self esteem issues now, somehow I can now finally see how things developed later on for example I have a half sister she's 11 years younger I also have a younger brother 14 years younger..and I never developed the close bond with my sister (even when If I tried to) where as I did with my lil brother, I realized that at the time she was born.. I was really hurt and jealous of her upbringing, she had a dad, a loving home, she was prettier"(I had health issues I struggled mentally and physically since then severly, it was 6th grade) than me and everything else I felt like I didnt get, and We also went to live with our step dad, My only family was my brothers and my mom and my grand father, he was like the dad I didn't have, even thou he wasn't that close to me but I was basically separated from him at that time to live into a household where I felt so out of place, that feeling crept into all my relationships later on, I told myself , this was normal, if people like you than you're doing the right thing even if you feel utterly out of place with them. I always wondered why I felt insecure and alone all the time, why I felt like crying every single day for years since that day we moved into a different home even when I made friends, but now I know, now I don't blame myself for not being able to "change" my bad habits and patterns.. Cuz I never understood them before. I thought I was just born "different", " weak". your videos have helped so much. Thank you.

So I just done exercise 1 for 11 minutes and I'm genuinely surprised how in that short a time just sitting on the floor in a quiet room, my mind went from a more self-attacking thought chain "Why are you doing this? You know people hate you, right?" into a more surprised "You're not ignoring me?" state to round it up with "Remember that time in uni, you were the only one who dressed up in a beer bottle for a St Patricks Day party?" Oh, how I had a little chuckle to that Will be practising again for sure! 😄

I have always wondered how others say they don't have any ideas? Their minds shut off all the time. My mind never stops. I had no choice but to control and "modify" my thoughts. All the shadow work is worth it. You will never regret putting in the work on yourself. Most of the time I have to shut off the outside noise so I can hear my thoughts better. I love me, you should love you too. ❤

I’ve meditated with a guided video for over 15 years, I also just focus on the breath in silence! I sat with nothing for the first time, it was horrendous! The stuff was all negative, still I sat! I’ve been practicing this for a week! Writing out the thoughts! None of which are real time btw! - can’t say they surprised me in the least! - honestly the difference! I feel clearer headed, I don’t take my thoughts as gospel anymore! Some of them are ‘REALLY?’ Am I actually saying that to myself? Where’s the basis for me to still be saying this stuff that I believed from being young?…I’m also feeling less resistant now to hearing the more authentic real time thoughts now! The ones that I’ve worked for! Maybe sitting and getting these negs out on paper has given space to let them rise.. I look forward to these opportunities now. Simple yet super effective! Thank you 🙏 Xx

The solution is not within yourself. Man is a sinner, and sinners need the redeeming grace of God. All the problems with yourself and with others are caused by sin. Sin is what sinners do. In order to not sin, you must be changed from a sinner to a saint. This happens through Jesus Christ, who died on the cross and resurrected three days later, and promises that "Whoever believes in me and Him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgement, but has passed from death to life." (John 5:24) Then, once you are born again into the family of God and are a child of the Most High, then you will receive the Holy Spirit, who will produce in you "love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, and self control." (Galatians 5:22-23) Pursue the Lord, your Maker, and His Kingdom and righteousness. Jesus promises that everything else, which this internet guru promises you, will be given to you from the Father (Matthew 6:33). If you will not repent and follow Jesus in all He says, the Bible says there is no peace for the wicked, and only the judgement of Hell remains.

Thoughts are not something to be afraid of, because they are not something that holds power. What you should be afraid of is your patterns of decision making and what are the most frequent factors that determine your decision making process(one such source being your principles). A thought without a decision on it is like a blueprint sitting on the shelves of your mind. Only a thought that you have decided upon can and will have power to create things into your reality. And still is NOT guaranteed to create anything and bring it to fruition, because the processes of creation is not one phase, even though its instant. That being said, you can make decisions with the speed of thought without you even realizing you did, so that's the only problem you may be facing when it comes to manifesting "bad"/unwanted thoughts. Still that is something that will not be under your command and control unless you start doing it yourself - Consciously. So, never be afraid of thoughts themselves, be afraid of the decision making process being unsupervised and out of your CONSCIOUS command and control, and approval(when speaking about the automation part which is like probably 99%+ of it). Remember, You are the captain of the ship. Take command and become legendary.

1. Sit down and do nothing. At least 10 min, listen to your inner voice and what it has to say. Dont go down the Eckhart Tolle route with being present to the moment and having no thoughts - try to listen to them, change ur relationship with thoughts. Listen to what it says, to what is running im the background, write it down and let go of it. 2. Identify your go to ways of escapism - of running away from yourself. Tv, netflix, scrolling through? What is taking u away from ur problems? Drinking, smoking, eating? Whenever your urge to escape is the strongest, thats best time to do release. 3. Understanding and identifying when u are triggerred. Triggered, when your response is not proportional to reality. Best thing to do when u r triggered, do a release. 4. Shadow questions - ask the world within you the various questions that will bring the stuff up. I.e. why am i not good enough? Write down all the answers. Why dont I deserve success? Lets see if part of us really thinks that. Or why doesnt ur parents love u? 5. Cold showers - but dont battle the cold! Go into the cold and relax completely into this

Having no thoughts is not useful to one who doesn't know how to use that "empty" space. Thoughts appear for a reason and for most people they are there to help them become Conscious, aware and evolve. Not to say thoughts are right, wrong, good, bad... but that they are communication method, a specific language used by your elements and your connection with the World/Life itself to communicate with you and also give you feedback. So, you really don't want to have no thoughts, you preferably want to have them. Now the question goes to frequency, intensity, number... etc.

"What's down there?" I have to resist the urge to make the joke so bad. Now that's trauma. Not being able to make a joke on account of being mature and 'better' than that. That and social awareness I suppose... we're all serious people here, not at all interested in raising the vibe. That's another video.
