I think she’s a good representation of what a lot of people feel today. She talks about wanting to get rich and talks about social media and stuff. I feel like a lot of people who are obsessed to get rich and want to have this „perfect“ fancy life try to run away from themselves and want this „perfect“ life to feel valued and complete. But deep down there’re personal issues and people want to compensate their imperfections and problems by getting one of this ideals. But you’ll never feel happy or complete if this is the case. Find peace with yourself first. It’s a long and hard way but it’ll be worth it. Getting rich is just a bonus.

This helped me reflect on myself and recognize some of my judgemental behavior because of how attractive she is, and I caught myself every time I was judging her. Telling myself, "No, she's there and working on herself. That's more than what your exes have ever done. Don't judge her for how other women have treated you." and I recognized a pattern in my behavior that has made me less attractive. Thank you. And I'm proud of her as well.

@@JulienHimself From psychiatric pharmacy, keep, dear souls, far away. You want real help for you soul? - then look up into the heavens and cry ABBA FATHER. Romans 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Psalms 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me. Psalms 18:3 I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Every time we are after rich and fame, these questions should we ask from ourselves: Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Luke 9:25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? Matthew 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Ecclesiastes 1:3 What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun? If one listens some of the interview of the celebs, then they all have admitted that they become vessels for demonic spirits. It all comes down to these 2 questions: have we eyes which see and ears which hear or are our eyes and ears closed? The devil hides in the details, and the details are to be seen and heard.

Hi Julien and everyone, I'm 24. I suffer from crippling anxiety from people. My head literally starts hurting when I see or hear someone (not in the videos nor movies :D ). This is a mental prison that is created by my wrong asociations etc etc etc. not important. I am not able to attend social events, having trouble in grocery stores, walking the street, even meet my family in the house. It is just pure hell of a thing. I started watching your content 3 days ago - saw a short and was hungry for more, because you're probably the first guy, who's sentences are making any sense and it actually feels relevant to me. Since friday I've started to do the letting go technique. It significantly worsed the matter, cause it prevails also when I was drunk, like really drunk (anxiety goes away when you're using booze, but we had a birthday party so it went wild, I'm not trying to cure it by alcohol and doing nothing).Exposure technically helped a bit, just a small bit, but in a long run it is worse and I feel extremely tired. So yeah, since watching your 2 hours long videos, it sucks even more. But that is GOOD! Finally got some feeling that actually enables me to believe, that I am able to change something. Boyyyy that is huge. I just want to really thank you for doing this, because you've given me hope. :') Don't want to bring spirituality in, but let's say, God bless you!
@Gragon777 Жыл бұрын
You can do it! The start of letting go is the hardest. All comes up and you feel it to the bone. But! It will get so much better, and after some time and work with that you will feel really great. Its all in your hands!

My biggest takeway: - Introspection is REQUIRED before a GUIDED RELEASE: This is because you are aware of what you are letting go of. I initially used to get confused that "being aware of what you want to let go of" is basically finding subtle sensations occuring in our body during release. I never related sensations to my past traumas. I still kinda struggle to trace them back to the first time their appearances without involving the mind or diving into memories.

@Gragon777 Жыл бұрын
In my opinion you can release those feelings even when the informations are missing. I was letting go so much stuff that i couldt even recognize. You're giving her the wrong solutions. She is right in the beginning. Women in the modern world is expexted to do everything and that's why they are so unhappy now. She needs God. Most women and men are called to motherhood or fatherhood as their vocation. Her problems would get solved in an instant if she found God, had children and a good man providing for her and their kids. Telling herself "it's okay" might feel better in the moment but won't solve her fundemental problem. She has financial problems yes but she too gives wrong solution. Becoming a boss girl won't make her happy. Having children and a good man will. It's only in our messed up modern world where women are expexted to work outside the home and provide.
