What about the straps on yellow one? İ mean hearing a lot of complaints of colour change recently on colourful models. Any idea? İ like the yellow one but if İ cant find an answer İ will go for black. Thanks for review.

Im a bit hesitant to buy this watch due to the metal side guards in case they scratch.Ill stay with my GW9400,my G9300 and my GBDH1000.

I notice a lot of your g shocks are on a low charge. Do you ever think about getting a charging station for them? If not, is there a reason why a product like that would be bad for the solar charging?

My one major gripe with this model is that the temperature and barometer readings cannot be set to the timekeeping face. That and mine refuses to update.

This is gonna be hard. You really need to know your needs first. Different people will give you different answers. The backlight feature is not exclusive for this model. I have the much cheaper square DW-H5600 and it works the same way. If you are in a dark environment, whatever button you press it activates the backlight. The GBD-H2000 also works like that

The watch is great but Casio need to update it. Navigation should be essential in a Rangeman.

I have a frogman analogic gshock. last made of this reference. i have too a Casio oceanus OCW 100F.. Is the top line of all Casio production Watch. Oceanus are the line Casio Wachtes only japan made.

The screen is a disaster, the internal margins are very large, if it was a fully compatible and colorful screen, it would turn the market upside down, I would buy it immediately.

I am selling many of my watches collection. Many are gshock. i will hold only few timepece of my collection. some are gshock: frogman,rangeman, mudman, gulfmaster , gw 5000. It seems to me that after your 5 likes I got only 1 dislike.....luck for me I don't like that Rangeman at all, that's not a G shock. A watch broke the most important rule, that's ''toughness'', that thing is simply not sturdy enough after heavy abusing (it's designed to withstand it right?)...even though that's only my personal opinion, and off course no one has to believe what I'm talking about, I think it's enough to watch a last couple of videos about that thing at the Jim Kincade channel, everything will be a lot clearer....and also, in my opinion a design of that bezel is absolutely stupid, it doesn't have to be over the spring bar, (that's just a little detail there's off course a lot more) I think that my ''mission impossible''' which isn't a G shock is a lot more G shock than that toy.

Thanks for pointing this out, I just watched his video and commented my take on it. Finally someone actually put it to the test, it is awesome to learn the limit of this new Rangeman. I'll cover some of my thoughts in future disassembly video. More fitting to the situation.
