What about carbs from fruits?

I think the low sugar fruits are OK such as strawberries, blueberries and kiwi. I generally only eat fruit when in season. Lately I've been eating some strawberries. Thanks for watching the video. Best - Mike

Hi Verna, It can be a little hard to figure out. The general rule is multiply your body weight by 10 and then add anywhere between 300 to 500 calories. That should be maintenance calories for you. But it depends how active you are. You have to just experiment. Best - Mike

Thank you for your quick response I have tried everything to lose 40 pounds I’m giving intermittent fasting a try Started with two meals a day that will work better for me I am hypoglycaemic Thanks have a nice day
