If you still have doubts, could you just not walk into your LV boutique and request your SA to check it out for you? At least that way you'll be at peace and perhaps can even enjoy using it. I feel that it is better as a single flap because jumbo is very heavy to start with so single flap would make it more bearable to carry around. The double flap would be too heavy for me. You mentioned you are very tall. I am 5”10” - I would love to see a video on what luxury handbags drop length that work well on tall women. I find that most of the strap drop lengths on luxury handbags too short. If they are 20-21 inches they hit to high on my body to be crossbody bags.

You should get the mini pochette authenticated. Over the years they have changed some things like shapes of tags, tabs and number of stitches used. I have a mini pochette that was made in 2010 and one that was made in 2020 so I will compare my 2 and get back to you with my findings lol.

I really should 🙈 but I‘m a little bit worried, the result might make me even unhappier - if it would turn turn out it‘s actually inauthentic and then I would know it for sure 😅 (and a part of me thinks „what if the authentification services just knows the newer tags and therefor thinks my piece is fake - when it might not be 😆)... I would suggest stuffing your bags; because when not used, practically every bag can lose its shape over time. You can use airpaper, that's usually quite a safe method. 😊

I thought I would jump in here to say yes, there were different sizes of the mini pochette tabs, I've seen a few, specifically on Damier Ebene, from around 2007, so perhaps it happened in 2013 as well. I hope this helps. :) But you can always get it authenticated still.. Grüße !

Do you think authentication services do know so well in detail about tab sizes changing? I would be somewhat worried, they claim it automatically to be a fake, because the tab is so unusual 🙈 - but maybe I just have to give it a try to finally make my peace with it. Have you ever used a bag organizer for your Chanel bag? Would it help to keep the chape more? Comment from a subscriber without any Chanel bags. Spas do reshape the bag to bring back in shape. I have 3 single flaps and have not ever need to reshape them because I don't stuff it to the brim. Yours look like it has been to hell, maybe time for a spa
