I find that fruit cooked in a dab of butter and brown sugar (and some spices like ginger or cinnamon) is delicious and it creates the best syrup! Gotta love a pasta bake too!

I have got to admit I've never made a tuna bake with mayonnaise before, only condensed mushroom soup. I will have to try it at some point. The crumble looks amazing 🤤

@@BudgetFoodieUK bank hol came and went made carrot and potato soup and continued with my decluttering . Penni and her bf are headed to spain in tommorrow morning and i have yet another hospital appointment and Annabelle and Elise will be on 24 hpur shifts as they are at cutting grass / silage for the cattle to get next year and its all machinery and weather dependant so fingers crossed. Glad all is good with you px
