Absolutely love this. Weights have been difficult for me with fibromyalgia but your no weight workouts really work for me and no pain afterwards. Sometimes I'll do 3 or 4 in a row of 3, 4, 5 minute workouts. Thank you for being here!

Hey Lucy enjoying your short workouts, for maximum results how long should we keep car use for each day realistically? I’ve been brisk walking on the treadmill for 30mm and then complete one of your 7min work outs is this enough? Or if I wasn’t walking how many short exercise sessions should I am to complete per day? I’ve recently lost 2 inches doing the ab belly work out very happy so far.

Love pancakes…found a wonderful recipe in Pantiful cookbook, made with banana, rolled oats, flaxseed, plant based milk, unsweetened applesauce…everything goes into a high speed blender….voila in about 1.5 minutes instant batter. i add fresh blueberries after and done(:0)

Hi Lucy. Both times we did exercises for the Triceps, I never felt it there. I felt the tightening in my Biceps instead. What am I doing incorrectly? The Biceps are actually too tight feeling, and I feel nothing in the Triceps at all. I do these particular moves with my 3 pound weights occasionally.
