Walk for 10 Minutes at Home - This Low Impact Walk at Home Workout has Walking Exercises for Weight Loss as well as Ab Focused Moves.
This is a fun Indoor Walk which is easy to follow and all standing moves. For weight loss, it is important to combine this workout alongside a healthy eating plan to help with calorie deficit to lose weight.

Did this again this morning Lucy and wanted to let you know my step count was 1391 at the end. I did do a light jog for each walking portion. Have a fabulous Sunday 💜🔆🦋

Thank you so much Lucy for all your short exercises, l love them, especially the 10 min ones that I try to do every day morning and afternoons, just long enough for me. But I will occasionally do the 15 min ones which is great too. I am 79 in 3 months so find your 10 and 15 minute exercises great to get me feeling flexible and not too exhausting as I do it at my own pace if I get a bit tired. Thank you so much for keeping us oldies moving.

Going to do this for 10 days and see the results. I am also combining this with a relatively cleaner diet and 5k steps post dinner daily. Weight at the start of the challenge : 68.1kg Day one : done and dusted. Very invigorating. Loved it. Could finish the entire workout without taking a break. It was perfect. Neither too easy nor too difficult. Day two: done. day three: done day four and five skipped day six : done

Thanks for making all these videos! Is it possible to do a video (or a couple for variety) that combines all of the 5 minute Glutes, arms, inner thighs, abs/waist videos into one 20 minute video with a short warmup, water break, and stretching (not counted as part of the 20 minutes)?

This is what i do , after years of weight training, but this stuff is great , its not as easy as people think ,if you really concentrate and introduce intensity it will work wanders , and as we all know keep your eyes on your diet ..

Just got through doing, one of your workouts. I thought you'd be perfect, to ask this question.Could you do a workout, that caters towards dialysis patients?I have family that does dialysis;and gave one of them some small, wrists weights to use.
