I like these full-body workouts for 20 minutes. I especially like that the stretches are included in the same video. I'm a 67 year old man who had a full hip replacement 4 years ago. These workouts are great for me, being high intensity but low impact. Thanks Lucy. You're keeping me moving.

It's so good to be back, Lucy ... You were quite instrumental in my life until about 1.9 years ago when i became really sick. I am sad to say that I then stopped working out until TODAY!!! Yay 🎉 I'm 57 and know that I know that I know that doing exercises is beneficial for almost every area of our lives. Great way to have more 20 min+ workouts. Only difference between this one and your full 20 min videos is that my pulse drops during this one. Normally it stays higher throughout. Still good combination

I just wanted to thank you again. I was really sick with a strep throat followed by a nasty bout of flu which made me so weak. While I was careful and didn't do cardio, I continued to do your gentle, mobilising and stretching routines every day, and it helped ease a lot of tension and kept me in my routine and made me feel I wasn't going to lose everything I worked towards before, and now that my strength is returning, I find I still have a good baseline fitness. That might be an idea for a series. Keeping moving when you're incapacitated and have to be careful. I would imagine that little encouraging messages would help when you're feeling weak and discouraged or frustrated about not being able to do your usual workouts. Like, 'well done for being here, this is going to gently help ease your muscles and improve your circulation while protecting your heart with these benefits...' Or some message of hope for recovery. The workouts helped me greatly anyway and I am so grateful, but I just saw an area of need that might inform future complications. Best wishes and much gratitude ❤

I often do a combo of your 5 min. exercises so this was really nice not to have to switch them myself and to have a smooth transition from one body area to another. My only problem now is that I'm waiting on knee surgery so I couldn't do the squats and lunges at the end of this video. Are there other exercises that will work the legs without doing the deep knee bends of a squat or lunge? I'd really be interested in those. Thank you for all you do in sharing your love and knowledge of exercise and nutrition with us.
