I like these full-body workouts for 20 minutes. I especially like that the stretches are included in the same video. I'm a 67 year old man who had a full hip replacement 4 years ago. These workouts are great for me, being high intensity but low impact. Thanks Lucy. You're keeping me moving.

Among all of your videos, this is one of my faves! I love the structured and targeted approach . It makes it easy to pause in between sections if needed, and then resume the next section. Thank you!!

It's so good to be back, Lucy ... You were quite instrumental in my life until about 1.9 years ago when i became really sick. I am sad to say that I then stopped working out until TODAY!!! Yay 🎉 I'm 57 and know that I know that I know that doing exercises is beneficial for almost every area of our lives. Strengthening our spiritual muscles however is the ultimate as it prepares us for eternity 💟 God bless and thank you ...

Great way to have more 20 min+ workouts. Only difference between this one and your full 20 min videos is that my pulse drops during this one. Normally it stays higher throughout. Still good combination

I really enjoyed this workout, thanks! It went by really quickly. I ended my workout with this, but if someone is in a time crunch, this could be a stand alone workout.

Thank you for putting these together Lucy. I did this workout this morning and it did wake my body up completely and I felt great. I do comply 5 minute workouts to make a full workout frequently so this was great to have it already done.

Thanks so much for combining these micro workouts into a 20 minute workout session! It has always been my preference to do total full body workouts, so this was perfect!! Yes, please create more workouts like this! I love all your 15 - 30 minute full body sculpting workouts! I love how you always emphasize that bodyweight is all we need for strength training.

I love this video! Looks simple at first glance, but I really broke a sweat. I feel like you don't get enough credit for your stretching, I learned your strength routine in the 7 minute abs video and then continued with those back when I was jogging, sometimes I do those when I get out of bed. So easy to memorise and incredibly efficient ❤

I love this combination work out - thank you! I truly enjoy every single one of the many videos of yours I typically do daily; however, having them put together for me was a wonderful workout. It eliminates some of the "decision fatigue" that I somehow find with how to configure my days work outs.

Yes, I really love these compilations, please do more. I especially like that they include the warm up and stretch. I recently came upon a video that included a stretch for hip flexors, which relieved a lot of knee pain for me and which I think belongs to the standard, essential stretches. I don't know if it's just me, but there's also a strange psychological phenomenon happening...having the different sections put together from previous 5 minute workouts, makes each section feel manageable ('only 5 minutes') so it just all feels like it goes so quickly, so even the changes in outfit help create this illusion, while it's more convenient than having to make my own playlist, I feel I'm in good hands with a balanced workout put together by an expert. Altogether it just works. 😅❤

I love the combined workouts. I would like some that are 30 minutes also. I usually combine your workouts to equal 25-30 minutes every day. I just started your workouts in January and finally am motivated to improve my health thanks to you and your workout. Thank you 😊

I often do a combo of your 5 min. exercises so this was really nice not to have to switch them myself and to have a smooth transition from one body area to another. My only problem now is that I'm waiting on knee surgery so I couldn't do the squats and lunges at the end of this video. Are there other exercises that will work the legs without doing the deep knee bends of a squat or lunge? I'd really be interested in those. Thank you for all you do in sharing your love and knowledge of exercise and nutrition with us.

Loved everything about this workout routine - full body, but in sections with change in your outfit (very organised). It has stretches+ low impact cardio (super convenient). Please make more of these.

I really like how you made a "20 minute package" for us, complete with warm up and cool down, and with exercises that cover the different parts of the body...so I didn't have to try to figure it out myself.

I usually prefer 5 min or 10 min short workouts and was reluctant to do this 20 min .. but glad i did this .. this is like 5 mins combined.. sweating profusely .. loved it very much .. thank you lucy .. been following you since 4 years.. you are doing a great job

Brava. Good use of short routines. I often do a combination of several to get in a 30-45 minute morning. Goal is an hour.

I just wanted to thank you again. I was really sick with a strep throat followed by a nasty bout of flu which made me so weak. While I was careful and didn't do cardio, I continued to do your gentle, mobilising and stretching routines every day, and it helped ease a lot of tension and kept me in my routine and made me feel I wasn't going to lose everything I worked towards before, and now that my strength is returning, I find I still have a good baseline fitness. That might be an idea for a series. Keeping moving when you're incapacitated and have to be careful. I would imagine that little encouraging messages would help when you're feeling weak and discouraged or frustrated about not being able to do your usual workouts. Like, 'well done for being here, this is going to gently help ease your muscles and improve your circulation while protecting your heart with these benefits...' Or some message of hope for recovery. The workouts helped me greatly anyway and I am so grateful, but I just saw an area of need that might inform future complications. Best wishes and much gratitude ❤
