Looking for a way to slide in some quick conditioning for your team... well this core workout is for you!
How it’s works. You have your team hold each position (half hollow, crunch hold, tuck hold, one leg straight, one leg straight, full hollow) 10 secs for 3 sets with 20 lemon squeezes in between each set. Absolutely a core killer! Hope you enjoy!
