Awesome. Very time efficient. If we do this exercise every Monday, for example, and then a 5 minute back workout on Tuesday, 5 minute biceps/tricep workout on Wednesday, 5 minute leg and glute workout on Thursday, 5 minute abs on Friday, we'd all be in good shape in six months or less I imagine, with proper diet of course.

No. Well, it depends on what body do you have currently, and what do you mean by good shape. You wont get a muscular body with this workout routine if youre skinny.

@@coopaloop525High intensity workouts with volume. You can stick to bodyweight stuff, sure. But it’ll be alot easier to use a gym and do bulks and cuts (if needed)

@@coopaloop525you can do everything without equipment, but eventually your muscles will plateau. What I recommend is if you do pushups that you buy weight vest to increase the load on your chest so it can keep Building.

Thanks for the video. I'm going to start doing these ASAP. I'm over 40 years old and trying to start working on getting into better shape again. I'm on my feet all day and do quite a bit of physical work on the job but this is perfect for me if I can just start doing quick routine stuff. Appreciate you taking the time to make this.

👑 *Day 7, one week in commonnnn* _Declined push ups_ 15/15 _Declined push ups_ 7/10 _Regular push ups_ 5/15 man i did like 5 of this workouts and my chest is feeling that _Wide push ups_ 5,3??/10 fell pretty hard on those bathroom tiles _Diamond push ups_ 7,5/10 _Inclined push ups_ 10/10 :) _Mid hold_ around 8 second but than I went like for 10 seconds on 10 cm from the ground and did swings forward and backword with hands positioned inwards I'm so happy with this I was, until this video like doing around 150-250 push ups daily for 2 weeks. If anyone needs an easier variation on this, here's what I recommend: Regular pushups rather than inclined, declined pushups rather than regular, and higher declined pushups rather than inclined. For the hold, if you find you can't do the entire length of time midway down, find the hight at which you can. Remember, if you can't manage the same workout as the pros on KZbin, you can always work your way up.

If you have no weights to put on your back then youd have to just increase reps based on the stimulus youre feeling from them. Maybe just increase all these by 5 reps and see where your at, try again another day at higher reps again if you arent getting the stimulus you need. Im not a professional but i work in PT and this just makes the most logical sense

Honestly my advice is to keep trying until you get your first one. Don't be disheartened if you can't at first, because the more you try to get your first pushup, the easier it will become to get your first one and so on so forth. That's what I did, and now within a month I can do over 50 between sets ❤

Try your best you’ll get better , I know you’ll feel like it’s not worth it but with time you’ll do more . Dont give up

If you can’t do pushups, you could start with wall pushups then knee pushups, till you can do a regular pushup. After which practice doing regular pushups for a while before moving on to a pike pushups like he did in the vid. For other muscle groups like the biceps, you could do regular curls with your hands or with a weight for more resistance and like the pushups, increase the intensity as you get better. For shoulders and core you could start off with planks. They’re easy to do and are amazing for your delts and core. I’m a bit new to working out and the upper body was weak for me but once I started this it got better, so I hope you’ll feel the same way 😊

To increase height you firstly need good genetics. But if you want to actually increase the chances of growing you need to eat properly and sleep at least 8 hours daily
