Hey Sammi, I found some cake mixes in my pantry that are about to expire so these recipes are timely for me. I've made the banana cake before and that frosting is the most delicious and the BEST trick to make an easy decadent frosting. I've made it with lemon, chocolate, and banana pudding, it's the best. I love starting with a cake mix, lots of things come together. I used to use Betty crocker because of all the flavors. Their mixes are now 13.25 ounces instead of 15+. My favorite trick is to poke holes with a wooden spoon in a lemon cake and fill with lemon curd from Trader Joe's. I then make a homemade cream cheese frosting. You get little bursts of tangy lemon, so good!! I have tried other brands of curd and they just are not the same. Everyone thinks you are amazing! Highly recommend. Hey Sammi I have been MIA about 2 weeks because I lost my 98 yr old nanney on March 18th and I put a reel on FB not sure if have it but would like you to see it ..... being a nurse I am soo strong for other families BUT when it came to mine I lost it ....... she was just tired and was ready to see my grandpa again 26 yrs later
