Tried this on my kids, age 9 and 11, and their reactions were hilarious, they tried to outwit it, often quite loudly/vocally. But it made them sleepy! 😆So I’m keeping it in my toolkit of sleep tricks for them. Thank you!

As an overly anxious teenager who has occasionally bad insomnia, this medication puts me to sleep EVERY TIME I PRACTICE IT!!! I absolutely love it 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
