Yep! You can find it in the fast travel screen in between quests. If you haven't been before check out the little boat in the argosy zone.

@@KingRobRool although the videos are important cause from what i can tell some of these moves in the game have special properties. I played mh4 on 3ds i liked it idk why i stopped playing it. Decided to give this one a chance because i heard they fixed the issues with online from mh world. I cant put this game down lol.
