Ingredients
🥕Sugar 150 g
🥕Vegetable oil 80 g
🥕Flour 180 g
🥕 Zest of 1 orange
🥕Carrot 200 g
🥕Walnuts 100 g + something for decoration as desired
🥕A pinch of salt
🥕 Baking powder 10 g
🥕Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg as desired (I added a spicy mixture of 1 tablespoon)
For the cream:
🥕Cream cheese 200-250 g
🥕Icing sugar 50-65 g
