Delicious and easy cake in 5 minutes - You will make this cake everyday!! 🍋

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. If you're running low on time and ingredients, this loaf recipe is the one for you. Infused with lemon zest and drizzled with sweet lemon syrup, this recipe is uniquely delicious and so easy to bake!

Ingredients:
🍋 1 cup granulated sugar (250g)
🍋2 tsp lemon zest (8g)
🍋1/2 softened salted butter (125g)
🍋2 large room temperature eggs
🍋2 tbsp lemon juice (30ml)
🍋1.5 cups flour (190g)
🍋1 tsp baking powder (5g)
🍋0.5 tsp salt if you use unsalted butter (3g)
🍋0.5 cups milk (125ml)
Lemon Glaze:
🍋1/3 cup icing sugar (50g)
🍋2 tbsp lemon juice (30ml)
Preheat oven at 160C or 320F and bake your 8x3x3 loaf pan for 40-50 minutes. Use a toothpick to determine if it's fully cooked in the middle. If your toothpick comes out clean, it's baked perfectly.
