you two seem to have very different energy levels, but that is part of the entertainment. As a carnivore, I still watch you both... and learn about cooking and apply it to at least one of my meals a day. I adore veggies, and depth of flavor... keep on cooking... ( oh my this video is from 3 years ago)

I had super busy week, no batch cooking and all the ingredients right there took no time at all -- I hate coriander and truffle oil, threw in some baby kale; pita bread? Nope, heated up improbably pumpernickel whole meal bread and .. it .. was great!!! Agree Apple Jar, friends are paramount and the bond between bros really important; I know I've written this once before but my sis is not a twin but we do each other a world of good. I always turn to these great videos which are practical and uplifting and you guys talk as fast as you like, it's all good!

You guys crack me up, have done for yonks one of the 1st channels I watched for great ideas when I went vegan, yes I'm calm too!! Wish I had the Irish sea to swim in at dawn; Lake Ontario doesn't cut it but my local pool pretty decent and then there's my dog, a 10 lb Peke who thinks she's Northern Dancer, actually Tiny Dancer is more like it. I've been making this chili now … since I saw you calmly do it; also great on roasted sweet potato if you're home and have the time to wait for the oven. I make my own vegan yoghurt which comes out thick so ok vegan sour cream, awesome simple food tx as always.

I added a chili spice pack because I didint have some of the spices on hand. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes too so allll the flavors could come together. YUM!
