This was so intense for me lol! I’m getting used to the rebounder again. I had to march it about half way through but I did keep my arms up and moving the whole time. I’ll get there. I used it as part of a warm up before pull ups with an assistance band. After this I did some cat - cow and planks. Worked out great. Thanks! I’m loving your videos. New to the channel. I subscribed!
