On that note, just beware. Athos will do everything they can to not pay a claim. I had a guy brick a camera he rented from me and he wasn’t worried because he had Athos insurance. Athos did not honor the claim, and the poor guy had to pay me from a small claims court settlement. Now I just don’t accept Athos insurance when people rent from me. So far State Farm is pretty good with paying claims. If you just need the paperwork Athos fine, if you actually need insurance in case something goes wrong, I would stay away for in the end Athos won’t pay and they pass the blame saying they are just a broker and it is the insurance underwriter or something like that. Either way, the same situation can get resolved without the bad blood of litigation and court via with other companies yet Athos won’t pay.
