Wow...my first general notary, i did the same thing!! I stamped it upside down. I immediately stamped it correct 😊. Finished the task. My client was so nice about it though. He was a college student, nearby in my neighborhood. I still was sooo nervous, it was so funny now that I think about it. I think my hands were shaking as i signed my name. I hope he didn't notice 😀

Hi Nicole, How do you know the correct Florida verbiage on the documents? Is it on the Florida Jurats and Acknowledgement forms? Sorry for the questions. This makes me nervous for a newbie.

Yes, it needs to be the same verbiage as the Florida forms!

Thanks for being transparent! I was trained that the order of docs don’t matter but wow they so do! Especially if escrow is particular about it. My first signing I accidentally sent the copy of the ids to the SS and not escrow but SS just forwarded it for me. Not sure if they will call me back but ok lol. Good luck!
