Yes I’m in Perth I’m trying to buy my third property in this hot market and only have a lone for $700.,thousand I’m looking in Westminster Nollamara Mirrabooka Craigie im trying to stay by the coast I watched one of you shows and they said midland and swan view I have been looking there too. I have a ppor is in hamersley corner block which we just subscribed last year. And my investment property is a corner block also. In Nollamara with a granny flat and a 3 by 1 on it That’s also sub-dividable I have had Nollamara now for 7 years and hamersley for 13 years and I’m 60 years old also from NZ Gisborne. Hi PK, recently subscribed your channel and find it very informative. On your point regional might perform worse after covid....a lot depends on location still. What's your thoughts on lake Macquarie region as it's 30 mins from beautiful spots like caves beach and Swansea etc and not much oversupply there( another factor to consider) and lot of infrastructure from govt ex Cedar mill project in Morisset. Plus towards cooranbong it's still not that expensive compared to caves beach, so do you think ripple effect would kick in for lake Macquarie suburbs like Morisset, cooranbong etc and they are good long term investments? Great content as always. I agree with all of the point but number 4 is what I would align 100%. Covid induced inflation in regional markets may cause high financial damages to many, so I prefer to stick to capital cities for now. Anything that's just grown in last 1-2 years could be a risky bet.
